…Two in fact. As of late March, Google made its new Adwords Interface available in beta. And now, Google has announced that Adwords Editor too, will be new and improved in version 7.5.1 for both Windows and Mac users.
The new Adwords interface is just enough like the old one that navigating through your campaigns or setting up a new one should be relatively headache-free. While it’s still in beta, you can toggle between the old and new interfaces as you please, which is nice for those of us who take a little while to adapt to the new and shiny.
Key features of the new interface include:
- Google Analytics-esque graphs that can chart two metrics over a selected date range (handy for when you need visual representation of trending)
- Roll-up tabs that allow you to sort and edit keywords, ads and other elements across ad groups and campaigns
- Updated Reporting and Tools
- Segment by query match type to see which kind of match type works best for your campaign
- Copy – you can duplicate keywords and ads across different ad groups (This was previously something we had to do in Editor)

Featured additions to Adwords Editor include the ability to import changes via CSV, download/update only select campaigns instead of the whole account, and Improved Keyword Tools designed for easier management of keyword data. Read more about the release of Adwords Editor 7.5.1.
