“Life moves pretty fast. If you don’t stop and look around once in awhile, you could miss it.”
— Ferris Bueller
Those words of wisdom ring true, as we enter the second quarter of 2010. The online world also moves quickly. And now, with the emergence of mobile, local search is taking shape in almost everything we do. It’s time to look at where we’ve been, as well as see if we’re still on track for the rest of 2010.
Next week, TMPDM/15miles will look back at Q1 2010 to see how local search has grown and prospered across various channels (social, mobile and more). Here are just some of the probing questions that will be answered in Q1: A Retrospective:
- Is 2010 shaping up to be the year of mobile?
- Who are the big name players in the local landscape?
- What does the future hold for Microhoo?
- What’s the Google Buzz about click to call?
- Who exactly is Jason Barrett?
Unfortunately, there is no blog post relating to that last question, but those attending the webinar will enjoy the likes of Jason Barrett, as he walks us through Q1 happenings.
Join us on March 18 by registering for Q1: A Retrospective.
