Access to information is now everywhere—on your TV, home pc, work pc, mobile device. Jeannley Mullen discussed the need to rethink your digital communication strategy (if you haven’t already) since it is most likely stale in the ever evolving digital space. With all of the options available, it is important to put together the right pieces to capture your customer’s attention. She showed several examples of how companies utilized simple yet integrated mobile web applications to lead customers to purchase in a matter of minutes. (I was instantly intrigued, since many of these examples involved quickly purchasing shoes and clothes!) Additionally, she presented an interesting graph explaining regardless of household income, there will be at least one communication device in a household, however most likely three.

With the ever popular and expanding market of apps being developed, Becker honed in on the thought process behind creating a mobile strategy for your company.
