For those of us who use our iPhones to manage a large portion of our lives these days, this is pretty exciting. Once of the few things we can’t do on our phones is open or manage Excel or Word attachments. But now, instead of sending it to our email, if someone posts to Google Docs, we can view those documents from our mobile browsers (currently supports Android, iPhone & iPad). I’ll be pushing this in my own office about three minutes after posting this blog (gotta refill my coffee first).
Check out the official announcement.

Google has recently rolled out Google Ad News, a site for all things advertising. The site aggregates industry news (powered by Google News) from new ad functions to traditional media as seen below.

I found this site especially helpful in finding information related to Google Search Marketing (find this information by clicking on the Google Ad Innovations link) all in one place.
Check out the blog post here or visit the Ad News site here.

In fact, crisis response may change the crisis itself. Consider, for example, recent dilemmas for Toyota and BP. Despite your endorsement or reservations of either company, both can teach us a lesson or two about managing crisis communications. Read the full article…
