Spring is in the air, and Google is doing a little bit of cleaning up. Recently they announced an updated release of Google Analytics that is currently in Beta. This release includes a drastic change for the look and feel of the interface, as well as some hierarchical changes that allow for a deeper level of customization.
The main navigation bar has been updated, and now more closely mirrors what we have been seeing lately from Google in general. Other than things being named slightly differently, there is nothing too surprising here. To get to the big changes you have to dig a little bit deeper. Read the full article…

Jason Barrett, POV, SEO
As a Director of Product for 15miles, with specific focus on SEO, Social Media, and Local Listings Management (think Google Places), I have access to numerous clients, their analytics, conversion data, marketing strategies, and much more. That has me attending multiple conferences throughout the year, reading blog posts and articles daily, writing, researching industry data, and testing. All of this provides an awesome opportunity to stay on the pulse of the marketplace and to have a unique perspective to share with others.
So here we are at the start of a new year and as any good person would do, it is time for some reflection on last year and strategy development for the year ahead. In this particular article, I am going to stay focused on SEO. How did we arrive where we are today? Where are we going tomorrow?
